You just lost two customers and here is why. Made an appointment for 9:00 am and I was told it would take an hour and a half so I waited. An hour goes by and my car has not moved. I went to the counter and asked for my key back. They gave me the key and never said a word. What happened to customer service?

Gary, What happened today is extremely rare and I do apologize. We got unexpectedly busy today and I even had my business partner Michael Montgomery working out on the floor to help relieve things on top of that we had two Point S trucks show up at the same time with over 250 tires on them. You did everything right by scheduling an appointment and we did not deliver. I know that everyone's time is valuable and because of that I would like to offer your scheduled, Lube, Oil, Filter service at no charge.
